AAISCA, located in Southern California, has been in existence for 14 years formerly know as JAC insurance school.  The instructor’s experience spans over three decades, since 1969.  He successfully operated his own insurance agency in Southern California, with a multitude of satellite offices, for over twenty-five years. The instructor brings a lot of his experience and knowledge base into the classroom.  He is well aware of the challenges brokers and agents face every day in the operation of an independent insurance agency. 

 

The instructor has also served as president of the Inner City Agents and Brokers Association and has lobbied in Sacramento on their behalf.  Due to his expertise, he is often invited by local radio and television stations to comment on new revelations within the insurance industry and its impact on the community at large.  He has also been hired by multi-million dollar insurance agencies as a consultant.

 

Being aware of a need for an office management system for insurance agencies, he was the first to develop the first office management system software for the personal lines broker and an early version of an auto rating system. Although he elected not to continue developing software because his true love was and still is insurance, this knowledge has given him the ability to successfully combine office management with insurance practice.
